We completed a full refurbishment of this luxury penthouse, including both bathrooms and comprehensive redecoration throughout the flat and external walls. A standout feature of the project was the installation of new composite decking to the terrace, enhancing outdoor living space with a sleek, durable finish.

Due to building restrictions prohibiting the movement of materials and waste through internal common areas, all logistics were handled externally. Our team expertly coordinated the lifting of materials and waste removal via the outside of the building, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and maintaining a clean, efficient workflow from start to finish.
