And my journey begins as a Quantity Surveyor. After completing my studies, I spent 9 years as a Technical Sales Support for two major building materials suppliers in the heart of Italy.
During this time, I had the privilege of assisting developers, designers, and engineers in every aspect of their projects, contributing to the success of their visions.

In 2012, I made the leap to London, embarking on a new chapter in my career. As time passed, I advanced from a Site Manager to a Project Manager, working with three reputable main contractors. My experiences not only expanded my knowledge but also familiarised me with British regulations and standards, ensuring I was well-equipped to deliver first-class projects.
After a decade of learning, growing, and gaining the right skills and knowledge, it felt right to take the next step and open my own company. This led to the creation of Pierlu Projects — a testament to my passion for building and construction.
